The Growth Strategies Guy
Hey đź‘‹ Raj this side,
Hope you had a wonderful week.
I'm excited to announce and kick off a series of 3 newsletters, where we’ll explore my analysis of the growth strategies of some of the fastest-growing Twitter creators. (BONUS: Key takeaways only for you)
Today, I want to introduce you to Leo(@PathToIkigai), who has achieved remarkable success in a very short time.
Leo - A data analyst by profession and a Twitter growth enthusiast by passion. He started his Twitter journey just four months ago, and now he has almost 5,000 followers! Leo's tweets mainly focus on Twitter growth, solopreneurs, creators, business, ghostwriting, and more. (Crazy? Yess)
Leo's approach is data-driven, due to which he has a great understanding of his audience and the Twitter algorithm. He always attaches a link to his DMs to connect with people who are interested in learning from him about Twitter growth.
In addition, Leo is also in ghostwriting, which means he is constantly improving his writing skills to create compelling copies for articles, landing pages, etc.
Now, how did Leo start? What main steps did he take during the journey?
Grab it below…
✍️ Leo’s Twitter Story
Let me tell you a story about Leo, the Twitter growth enthusiast who turned his passion into a thriving business in just four months.
As a data analyst by profession, Leo always had a knack for analyzing trends and understanding his audience. But it wasn't until he stumbled upon Arvid Kahl's "Find Your Following" course that he realized the power of the "Give First" framework.
Leo was determined to make his mark on Twitter and learn from the best in the business. He studied the posts and connections of Daniel Vassallo and Justin Welsh, both of whom he emulated as a solopreneur.
But he also knew that to make an impact, he had to improve his writing skills.
That's when he turned to David Perell and enrolled in Dickie Bush & Nicolas Cole's Ship30 course, which helped him change his mindset from consuming to producing.
With his newfound skills and knowledge, Leo applied a data-driven approach to growing his account and writing high-quality copies. He started sharing his strategies via DMs and found that people were amazed by his actions. As his account grew, he started thinking about monetizing his audience.
Leo studied Justin Welsh's business model and joined Dakota Robertson's Growth Ghosts cohort, where he refined his system, found customers, and closed deals. He also got to know his audience in-depth, asking questions and building a "bank of pain points" to solve their biggest problems.
He also offered 10-30 free calls, provided 1:1 paid calls on growth, and talked to people to understand their pain points and how he could help. This is called audience analysis by directly connecting with them. A work that I myself need to do for my niche.
What happened next?
The luck of hard work kicked in! Yup!
Virgil Brewster, who sold a 7 figure course business and a mentor, offered to give mentorship to Leo, and they closed a partnership. With Virgil's guidance, Leo is launching his first product and scaling from there. He’s been working with him now.
Don’t forget to give this amazing guy a FOLLOW!
I’m so happy to see the growth of Leo and constantly engage with him on Twitter. We’re yet to connect on a call, probably do this month. I learn a lot from him, through his tweets, threads, and how he writes. Helps a lot.
It’s been analyzing him that made me write better and more authentic tweets nowadays. And I see quite a better engagement on my tweets than in February.
I wish the best to him in his future endeavors.
What’s left?
Last but not least… The goal drives him to do all this stuff and be consistent with his work.
🥳 The Creator’s Freedom
Leo's ultimate goal is to have the freedom to play with his kids whenever they want to, and he genuinely wants to help people along the way.
He is always ready to share his knowledge and provide guidance to anyone who needs it. So, if you also need help growing and monetizing your account, just send him a DM. He won't ignore you, for sure.
Leo is also one of those proofs that with hard work and determination, anyone can turn their passion into a thriving business.
That’s it! Now…
What’s for you to remember?
